Applications for membership

Application form & instructions

The Application Form is the San Jacinto Descendants permanent record of membership.  At this time, all applications must be submitted on acid-free paper, so we cannot accept electronically prepared applications.  Applications for membership must be submitted on the official form according to the instructions that will accompany the official Application Form. To avoid delays in the processing of your application, please be sure to follow the instructions.

An Adobe Acrobat version of the Application Form is available for your personal use.

Moving?  Please contact us

It is unfortunate, but we have lost contact with a number of members—especially life members—over the years when people have moved and failed to notify us of their new address.  When you move, please be sure to contact the Vice President General to update your address, telephone numbers, and e-mail address.
